Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate all nursing services.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and nursing practice.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to enhance professional performance.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with physicians and other departments to ensure efficient patient care.
• Monitor staffing schedules and workforce requirements.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and infection prevention protocols.
• Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement of clinical services.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or higher.
• Valid nursing license/registration.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital information systems is an advantage.
